Vanderpol’s Eggs Ltd has developed a number of innovations over the years including the development and successful commercialization of lysozyme, a natural antimicrobial extract from egg whites as well as the introduction and expansion of extended shelf-life liquid egg products in Canada. We continue to build on this foundation of knowledge by providing effective, innovative products to our customers to ensure we provide what our customers require.
