Packaging
Cooked/Peeled Eggs are fresh packed in 10 kg pails with liners and non-metallic fasteners, or in modified atmosphere packaged in sealed 3 ml plastic pouches.

Product Description
Eggs are steam cooked to exacting standards, and peeled. Yolks are centred and discoloration is eliminated.
