Product Description
Scrambled-Ease is produced with whole egg and whole milk, and is specially formulated to prevent weeping and discoloration normally associated with the holding of scrambled eggs. The prepared product results in an attractive appearance with less waste. This product contains no MSG.

Whole egg, Fresh whole milk, Salt, Starch, Xanthan Gum, Flavour, Lactic Acid, Colour and Seasoning.

Suggested Uses
Scrambled eggs, Quiche Base, Omelettes, filings, French Toast.

Storage
Recommended storage temperature for frozen product is ‚18 C (0 F). Store frozen until ready to use and thaw in refrigerator overnight or place in hot water for no more than one hour. Shelf life is one year.
