Suggested Uses
Hollandaise, Béarnaise, Mayonnaise and Dressings. Egg Nogs, Ice Cream, and Bakery Applications.

Storage
Fresh: Keep refrigerated at 0 C ‚ 4 C (32 F ‚ 39 F). After opening use promptly.
Frozen: Recommended storage temperature for frozen product is ‚18 C (0 F). Store frozen until ready to use and thaw in refrigerator overnight or place in hot water for no more than one hour. Shelf life is one year.
