¾ Heat stable - Place contents in pan, or bag in hot water bath and heat product to 80° (175°F)

¾ Made with Fresh Egg Yolks and real Butter flavoring

¾ Super Economical - no waste may be reheated and reused

¾ Ideal for use in all applications where Hollandaise or Bernaise Sauces are required

¾ Pasteurized for safety

¾ "Mother" sauce may be spiced or diluted to taste
